Studio Energi has been part of dry-land training for teams such as soccer, hockey, volleyball and ringette. We aim to give your team the edge it needs in developing players to become fit, strong and well balanced athletes. Interval and station training is specifically designed to improve cardio conditioning, core strength, agility, speed, and power. Doing this training together as a team is fun, challenging, and collaborative and our studio provides a great environment to make it all come together!
