Bootcamp

This class is a mix of cardio and strength training including core and flexibility.  You move through stations that will give you a high energy, challenging workout with lots of options given to make it adaptable for people of all ages and abilities.

Ultimate Workout

This class is designed to give your body the ultimate workout! It will incorporate full body strength training, cardiovascular training, intense core work and the class will always end with a good stretch!  Anything goes in the ultimate workout- bootcamp, bosu’s, spin bikes, outdoor training, you name it we will be doing it!

Indoor Cycling

Bring your own bike or book one of our spin bikes for an awesome interval based bike workout.  Our classes are great for everyone and can be tailored to all abilities but are designed specifically to increase cardio and strength as it relates to your outdoor biking ability.  Owner and pro triathlete Jeff Beech and our team of instructors will take you through hill climbs, time trials and cycle specific drills up beat music in a fun, high energy atmosphere.  Come get motivated!

Core & Flexibility

This class is designed to help anyone from the general population to high performance athletes to become functionally stronger from the core out.  Yoga, Pilates, Core exercises, and Tai-Chi movements will strengthen your core and lower back and improve flexibility. We use equipment such as stability balls, tubing, pilates rings, stretch bands and foam rollers to give you a complete core & flexibility workout.
