One on One Personal Training

Our trainers are experienced, professional and friendly fitness professionals dedicated to give you motivation, excellent programs and top of the line service. They will provide you with safe and effective exercises at any level of ability, strength, or age and keep you on track to achieve your fitness goals .

Because effective strength training is so important, your personal trainer will create an effective program tailored to you that will improve your muscle and bone strength, cardio endurance and flexibility. Your trainer will do an in depth assessment, learn what is important to you and then help you achieve your fitness goals. Their objective is to help you build a foundation of health and fitness as you age, and to infuse the process with fun and energy!

Group Personal Training (2-3 people)

A great way to workout is to make it social – whether you are a couple, partners, friends, relatives or co-workers. Our trainers will design a group workout that will both be challenging and also appropriate to individual needs. Being accountable to both your partner and your trainer will ensure success!

Nutrition Consulting

Meet with one of our nutrition & wellness specialists to receive guidance towards healthier eating habits. Keep a food log for 3-5 days that you submit, and they will break down your current habits and give advise on what to improve and how to implement changes. Learn about keys to increasing metabolism, reducing bodyfat, healthy snacks and timing of meals. This 1 hr session is a great investment for a healthy lifestyle!

Golf Conditioning

Golf specific conditioning will improve overall strength, flexibility, mobility, stability and posture. Your Titleist Certified Golf Conditioning Trainer will assess your individual needs as it relates to your golf swing – with specific focus on weaknesses and imbalances and then design a program specifically for you. Use the off-season to address aches and pains, improve core strength, hip stability and range of motion in your swing. A must for a more consistent swing and for the longevity of your game.

Team Training

Studio Energi has been part of dry-land training for teams such as soccer, hockey, volleyball and ringette. We aim to give your team the edge it needs in developing players to become fit, strong and well balanced athletes. Interval and station training is specifically designed to improve cardio conditioning, core strength, agility, speed, and power. Doing this training together as a team is fun, challenging, and collaborative and our studio provides a great environment to make it all come together!

Bootcamp

This class is a mix of cardio and strength training including core and flexibility. You move through stations that will give you a high energy, challenging workout with lots of options given to make it adaptable for people of all ages and abilities.

Ultimate Workout

This class is designed to give your body the ultimate workout! It will incorporate full body strength training, cardiovascular training, intense core work and the class will always end with a good stretch! Anything goes in the ultimate workout- bootcamp, bosu’s, spin bikes, outdoor training, you name it we will be doing it!

Indoor Cycling

Bring your own bike or book one of our spin bikes for an awesome interval based bike workout. Our classes are great for everyone and can be tailored to all abilities but are designed specifically to increase cardio and strength as it relates to your outdoor biking ability. Owner and pro triathlete Jeff Beech and our team of instructors will take you through hill climbs, time trials and cycle specific drills up beat music in a fun, high energy atmosphere. Come get motivated!

Core & Flexibility

This class is designed to help anyone from the general population to high performance athletes to become functionally stronger from the core out. Yoga, Pilates, Core exercises, and Tai-Chi movements will strengthen your core and lower back and improve flexibility. We use equipment such as stability balls, tubing, pilates rings, stretch bands and foam rollers to give you a complete core & flexibility workout.

Yoga / Pilates

Through asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath training) you will gain strength, balance, flexibility and stamina. Yoga will also help realign your spine, detoxify your body, get rid of aches and pains, and create a sense of freedom in body and mind.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a moving yoga – vigorous but not arduous. It will give you a great mind/body workout. As you move through yoga postures using breath, you will discover layers of options to move as deeply as you need. This class will make you come alive!

Hatha Yoga

A wonderful form of yoga that improves flexibility, helps you de-stress and heal what hurts. It will lead you to the vital core, the spine, from which strength grows into lightness. From a place of being anchored and rested into the ground, awareness develops and you will discover movement in a whole, harmonious way. Hatha yoga brings vitality to your body and your life.

Pilates / Yoga Combo

Get the best of both worlds. This class fuses yoga and pilates. Start with 30 minutes of pilates to strengthen your core, lower back, and hips and realign your body. Then move to 30 minutes of yoga to increase flexibility, and through your breath release tensions and tight muscles. Spend the last 5 minutes in final relaxation to completely unwind your body and mind.

Triathlon / Run / Swim Coaching

After having travelled the world racing and training daily with some of the sport’s top athletes and coaches, Jeff’s experience is second to none in the region. As the coach of Team Energi – our studio based Triathlon Training Squad – Jeff can give you invaluable knowledge in topics such as training periodization, base and interval training, endurance nutrition, and heartrate training. Let him help you avoid the pitfalls that are so common with trying to juggle sports and a healthy family and work life.

Nicola Carroll is our in-house massage therapist, specializing in Swedish, Therapeutic, Sport-Specific and Hotstone massage. She is also trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Hydrotherapy, and incorporates these into her practice based on individual needs and concerns.
