Annika has been working in the fitness field since 1997, and is passionate about helping people live a vibrant life. She started Studio Energi with her husband Jeff in 2003 with the intention to create a place where people could come to share their love of fitness. A place where it’s members would not only realize and exceed their fitness goals and dreams, but also become part of a family that laughs, motivates and inspires each other. |

Stop by the studio on an early Saturday morning and you will find Lauren McNiven cheering on her bootcamp class with a motivating spunk that is uniquely Lauren. A native of Beamsville, ON, Lauren was working in a “traditional workplace with desks and computers” but knew it wasn’t right for her. With a wealth of organized sport experience, Lauren was a perfect fit as a personal trainer and naturally flowed into yoga instructing as well. |

Yoga has been a mainstay in Mary’s life for over 35 years! She has been fortunate to have studied with many fine teachers,many internationally known, including Esther Myers, Donna Farhi and Diane Long. In addition to taking an extensive two-year teacher training course with Helen Duquette in Streetsville, she became a certified member of the Federation of Ontario Yoga Teachers (FOYT). She has taught at health and fitness facilities, corporate offices, schools and at the Hopespring Cancer Support Centre. She has been part of the team presenting Yoga for Hope-an annual fundraiser day of yoga, in support of Hopespring since 2005. |

Nicola is our in-house massage therapist, specializing in Swedish, Therapeutic, Sport-Specific and Hotstone massage. She is also trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Hydrotherapy, and incorporates these into her practice based on individual needs and concerns. Nicola has been practicing for over 9 years now and can often be heard telling her clients to “drink plenty of water and soak in a hot bath with Epsom salts & Cider Vinegar!” She is a staple for the Triathlon Team, many of whom utilize her both before and after races. |
