  • The new session of classes at Studio Energi has already started, but you can still join a class! 
    The summer session runs for 9 more weeks, until September 4th, but you can choose how many weeks to sign up for.

    There is still room in many of our fantastic classes!

  • Throughout the summer we will be receiving new shipments from lululemon athletica.  Make sure to stop by often so you don't miss anything!

Summer Fitness Camp at Studio Energi is back!

  • Ages 14-19
  • July 5th-9th and August 23rd-27th
  • 20 hours of professional fitness instruction for $200+HST per person. 
  • Family discount of $25 each for two teens, or $50 each for three or more teens

Lauren McNiven and Laura Dunbar will lead the Fitness Camp participants through 5 days of challenging and fun workouts.  Our participants in past years have always amazing experiences, and parents and teens alike want to come back for more!

BAILA - Cardio Dance Class! NEW!
 
Baila is a high energy dance fitness class that is fun and easy to follow. Baila is an interval training cardio class incorporating simple dance moves that will have you burning lots of calories and smiling the entire time! This 1 hour class is suitable for all fitness levels. If you love to dance, laugh and have fun this is the class for you!
